Fire Cupping
Fire Cupping has been a part of Chinese Medicine for over 2,500 years. It relieves aches and pains, improves circulation, and also helps with respiratory and digestive issues. Simply place a specialized "cup" onto specific points on your body, and then use suction to draw your skin up into the cups. It doesn't hurt — it simply draws fresh blood to that area of your body, which facilitates the cleansing and strengthening of your Qi (energy). The end result is a greater overall sense of health and well-being. Cautious: Not recommended to patients who are blood and Qi deficiency or senior patients
Gua Sha
Gua Sha is an ancient healing technique used by Chinese Medicine practitioners for thousands of years, It is recognized as a highly effective treatment for chronic pain conditions, stress, fatigue, and a host of other ailments. First, Gua Sha oil is applied to a specific meridian (energy pathway) on your body, then use a smooth round-edged object (such as a spoon) to apply short brisk strokes to that area. This creates red patches of skin (called "Sha"); detoxifying your blood and restoring the healthy flow if Qi (energy) to the area. There is no pain involved, and the Sha will fade in 2 to 3 days. But the sense of health and vitality you experience from it will last much longer.
Electroacupuncture /E-Stim
Electroacupuncture is a highly effective holistic treatment for pain, nausea, and chronic ailments. In practice, it is actually very similar to traditional acupuncture. Using the exact same system of Chinese Medicine, first, insert sterile needles into specific points along the meridians of your body. then attach the needles to a device that delivers gentle electrical pulses between two points. This helps restore the healthy flow of Qi (energy) through your body, removing any blockages and clearing out stagnant areas, thus creating a stronger and clearer experience of health and well-being.
Cosmetic Acupuncture + Herbal Mask

Moxibustion
“ The love from mothers”, this is feeling you feel from moxibustion treatment. Moxibustion is a form of heat therapy in which dried plant materials called "moxa" are burned on or very near the surface of the skin. The intention is to warm and invigorate the flow of Qi in the body and dispel certain pathogenic influences. In generally moxa does not apply to issues caused by heat. Moxa is usually made from the dried leafy material of Chinese mugwort (Artemesia argyi or A.vlugaris). In China, moxa grass is also called “Fairy grass”, this is the grass full of pure Yang(warm) energy, and they know where to go in your body automatically. Moxibustion is used for: • Pain due to injury or arthritis, especially in "cold" patterns where the pain naturally feels better with the application of heat • Digestive problems and irregular elimination • Gynecological and obstetrical conditions, including breech presentation in late term pregnancy • Protection against cold and flu strains, stregenthen immune system • Skin issues • Bell’s Palsy • Shingles • Sprain, bruises • Weight Loss • Practitioners often do both acupuncture and moxibustion in the same clinic session when appropriate to the diagnosis and treatment strategy, which increase each other's effectiveness when used together. Unlike acupuncture, which is almost always done by a trained practitioner in a clinic setting, moxibustion can be easily used at home. It is not uncommon for Chinese medical practitioners to train their patients to use moxa on themselves to strengthen the effect of the clinical sessions between appointments. In China we have a saying, “ If you smell the moxa you are blessed and keep you away from diseases! ” Besides the medical function, I also use moxa often at home to clean the odor(after cooker example) and chase away misquoters, it also kills bacteria in the air. However, people who never experienced moxa might feel not familiar with the smell of moxa or with some concerns about the smoke. Based on my clinic experience, many of my patients like the warm and the smell, which means their body need it. Like our clinic, most TCM clinics are well equipped with a good ventilation and air purification system, so this is not a big problem. The quality of moxa does matter too, the older the better, usually moxa stick used 3-year-dried mugwort leaves or above. We use 5 years one in our clinic.
